Refund & Return Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through Happy Dog Face (happydogface.store), based in Northern Ireland, UK. For questions, contact us at happydogface23@outlook.com. Effective Date: 01/07/2025
At Happy Dog Face, each product is made to order, created especially for you. This helps us minimise waste and keep our pawprint light. Because of the custom nature of our items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Include a clear description and photographs of the issue. If the claim is valid, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
2. Wrong Orders
Received the wrong size, style, or design? We're sorry about that. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll fix it – no fuss.
3. Lost Shipments
If your item hasn't arrived and the tracking does not show it as delivered, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate and, if the package is deemed lost, we'll send a replacement free of charge.
If tracking shows the item as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your local postal service. While we’ll do what we can to help, we may not be able to replace items marked as delivered.
4. Returns and Exchanges
As all our products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection or change of mind. Please refer carefully to our size guides before ordering - we want your new gear to fit just right from the start. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, see section 1 of this policy.
5. Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If your order is returned to our fulfilment partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
6. Returns – Where to Send Them
All returns are processed through our fulfilment partner. However, returns must be authorised by us before being sent. If you believe you’re eligible for a return, please contact us first at happydogface23@outlook.com. We'll provide the correct return address and instructions.
Important: Returns sent directly to our fulfilment facility without prior approval may not be processed correctly. In such cases, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
