Every item is made to order, just for you — that means no mass production, no waste.
We aim to fulfil orders within 2–5 business days, and then it’s off to your doorstep.

• UK: 2–5 business days after fulfilment
• Europe: 5–10 business days after fulfilment

(Some remote areas may take slightly longer, and delivery can vary based on local delivery services — but we’ll keep you updated!)

We currently ship to the UK and Europe.
If you're based somewhere else, and would like to order, drop us an email - we'll see what we can do!

• UK: £3.95 flat rate
• Europe: £7.50 flat rate
• Free UK shipping on orders over £75

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you’ll get an email notification once your order is on the move.

You’ll find a size guide on every product page — please be sure to refer to this before you order, as each product is made specifically to order, so we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for incorrect sizing.
If you’re between sizes, we suggest going up for a comfier, relaxed fit.

We hope you love your order — but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns:

• Faulty or damaged item?
  Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort a replacement or refund ASAP.
• Wrong size or changed your mind?
  As every item is printed to order, we don’t hold stock and can’t offer automatic exchanges — but if the item is unworn and within 14 days, drop us a message and we’ll do what we can.

We do! We donate 20% of all profits to local dog shelters. We will be updating on this as time goes on through our Instagram page, so give us a follow and see how you are helping spread the happiness to dogs in need.

Heads up:our fulfilment partner includes an invoice in the parcel (with prices), so it won’t be a total surprise gift (yet).

We don’t believe in fast fashion.
Each item is made to order, helping reduce waste while supporting more thoughtful, sustainable production.
It might take a few extra days — but you’ll know your piece was made with intention, not pulled off a dusty shelf.

We use high-quality, responsibly sourced garments that are soft, durable, and made to last — because dogs might be messy, but your clothes shouldn’t be.

All our apparel is:

• Made from 100% organic cotton (or blends with recycled materials, depending on the product)
• OEKO-TEX certified (safe and free from harmful chemicals)
• Produced using low-waste, made-to-order practices

That means fewer leftovers, less landfill, and more feel-good clothing that’s kind to both dogs and the planet.
